Surface-mount switches turn up onboard
Rotary DIP switches allow easy setting by the end user as specified in their instruction manual.
Available now from Omron Electronic Components, the A6RS series of gullwing-terminal surface-mount (SMD) rotary DIP switches provide static function-select settings on control boards These top-actuated switches are available with flat or extended shafts, 10- (decimal) or 16-position (hexadecimal) outputs and terminal arrangements of 4 x 1 and 3 x 3, which allow for flexibility in circuit design

MSRP for the A6RS-101RF-P 10 position top-actuated flat actuator in a 4x1 terminal arrangement is US $1.69 each for a 750 piece reel.
MSRP for the A6RS-161RS-P 16 position top-actuated extended shaft in a 4x1 terminal arrangement is $2.51 each for a 250 piece reel.
Delivery is stock to 8 weeks.
