Quick-release range of 22mm pushbutton switches
Omron launches new 22mm pushbuttons New from Omron is the easy-connection / quick-release A22 range of 22mm pushbutton switches.
Subsequently, the contact gap is reduced, allowing for a 70% reduction in overall size when compared to contactors.
An added benefit is a reduction of operating noise by half.
There are three models to choose from, all in a SPST-NO contact configuration.
The G9EA measures 36 x 73 x 67.2mm in 60A at 400V DC and 100A at 120V DC versions, the G9EC 44 x 98 x 86.7mm switches up to 200A at 400V DC and the G9EB 25 x 60 x 58mm switches up to 25A at 250V DC.
Operating coil voltages include 12, 24, 48, 60 and 100V DC.
All of these DC power relays have a di-electric strength of 2500V AC with an impulse withstand of 4500V when operating in an ambient temperature range of -40 to +70C, barring any icing or condensation.
The G9E is used in hybrid vehicles, fuel cells, wind and solar power generation, battery operated golf carts and forklifts and industrial equipment.
