Line protectors look after VoIP systems
The Convergent Series of low-profile 16-port rack-mount base and modular communication line protectors is the newest addition to Oneac's line of voice and data line protection products.
The Convergent Series of low-profile 16-port rack-mount base and modular communication line protectors is the newest addition to Oneac's line of voice and data line protection products Specifically designed for use in VoIP applications, the Convergent Series is ideally suited for most any data or communications application because it fits into a standard 19in rack and consumes only 1U of vertical rack space

Low-profile design for tantalum polymer capacitors
Epcos is now shipping polymer tantalum capacitors in case size X, measuring only 1.5 mm high, 7.3 mm long and 4.3 mm wide.
The Convergent Series is available now and is backed by a 5-year warranty the best assurance of product quality and performance in the industry.
Oneac's Convergent Series with patented SwitchedFilter technology significantly reduces the differential transient voltage below the rated breakdown voltage of the protector, whether the differential voltage occurred directly or resulted from mode conversion, not only reducing the differential transient voltage let-through, but also reducing the edge speed of fast transients to levels which communications equipment is less sensitive.
Even with this significant improvement in protector performance, the low-frequency, high-voltage signals and high-frequency, low-voltage signals of the communications services on the line are unaffected.
Oneac Communication line protectors feature a more robust design than others so they are better able to withstand current and voltage surges.
Convergent Series protection devices also include: the fastest reaction time of all solid state thyristor-type overvoltage suppression devices; resettable sneak-current protection via ceramic PTCs for precise resettability; and a low insertion loss to preserve signal frequencies.
By removing electrical transients, Oneac improves system reliability.
Actual evidence proves it: installers switching over to a protection scheme using Oneac communication line protectors with Oneac power conditioners and/or UPSs report an over 50% reduction in total trouble calls; 83% fewer service calls due to hardware problems; 70% fewer system resets; and 43% fewer service calls in which no trouble was found.
The Convergent Series communication line protectors are built on a field-proven, extremely reliable architecture.
The robust design of these products stands up to the harshest environments and is backed by a five-year warranty.
