The chip dimensions are 2.54 x 1.22mm (per element), packaged in standard TO-5 cans for easy integration.
Opto Diode's new bicell photodiodes are ideal for position sensing applications, emitter alignment, test and measurement and other industrial tasks where single axis nulling is required.
Operating temperature is from -40 to +125C.
Available and shipping now, the new bicell detector is priced at US $15 each in quantities of 100 pieces.
