Ophir RF has a new family of high-power amplifiers covering the frequency range 0.7-3.0GHz.
The Model 4061 was designed for the wireless test and measurement market.
It is well suited for both RF power component and system susceptibility testing.
With a P1dB power of 160W and small signal gain of 53dB, this load-tolerant amplifier is available in a rack-mount case.
If required, the lower frequency can be extended down to 1.80 GHz to cover the DCS band.
The Model 4064 is a 1.80-2.50GHz, 60W solid-state amplifier that covers the DCS, PCS, UMTS as well as the new WLAN, WiFi and Bluetooth bands.
It is well suited for both RF power component and system susceptibility testing.
With a P1dB power of 50W and small signal gain of 49dB, this load tolerant amplifier is available in a rack-mount case.
