Ballan takes responsibility at OSE

OSE Systems and Future Software have announced "OSE-ready" versions of Future Software's IP routing and switching protocol stacks.
Berglund stated, "With this new sales organisation, we have introduced a level of global synchronisation and co-ordination that will ensure maximum productivity.
This structure emphasises OSE's focus on strategic partnerships and recognises that our embedded customers are located worldwide and frequently have geographically dispersed organisations".
Ballan's responsibilities include overseeing the development and execution of OSE's global sales strategies, distribution network and global account management.
Most recently Ballan has been successful managing and growing European sales for OSE Systems.
In spite of the softening of the global economy over the past year, he and his European team increased sales while expanding market share.
Educated at the Paris Business School (ESCP), Chuo University in Japan, and at Stanford University in America, Ballan has extensive experience ranging from strategic business development, sales channel management to operative positions.
Prior to joining OSE, Ballan spent seven years in sales at Wind River Systems.
