Enea has received ISO9001:2000 certification for its quality management system.

Enea has received ISO9001:2000 certification for its quality management system.

"Being recommended for ISO certification is an important achievement for Enea", said Johan Wall CEO of Enea.

"It is also proof of our ability to do business in a structured and effective way, and not only live up to, but exceed our customer's expectations - a necessity in our business".

Semko-Certification, an independent ISO registrar, made the ISO9001 recommendation and awarded the ISO9001 certification after performing a rigorous week-long audit at Enea's Shepton Mallet office in the UK, and corporate office in Kista, Sweden.

The certification audit was performed with very good results, with the audit report indicating that Enea's development and test processes are state of the art.

"The auditors were quite pleased with our work and quite complimentary", added Wall.

"In particular, they noted that our development processes are truly state of the art, that we received remarkably few findings for an audit of this magnitude".

"We look forward to enhancing our ISO9001 processes, and are confident that our commitment to quality management will extend our competitive advantage as the pre-eminent supplier of high-availability, high-reliability device software".
