Digital oscilloscopes feature large memory depth

The GDS-1000A Series is a range of digital oscilloscopes from GW Instek, distributed in the UK by Stantronic Instruments.

The GDS-1000A Series features Memoryprime2mega technology; a large memory depth is available of 2m points in single-channel mode or 1m points in dual-channel mode.

The three family members also offer a sampling rate of 1GS/s for single shot and 25GS/s for repetitive signals, making them suitable for high-speed single-shot waveform capture.

Further standard features include a 5.6in TFT display, a USB port, an SD-card slot, a built-in frequency counter with six digit resolution, up to 27 auto measurements, and +, -, x, FFT and FFTrms math functions.

GW Instek is including its Freewave software for Microsoft Excel and Word, which simplifies waveform analysis and documentation, plus drivers for Labview.
