OpsiTech has commercially released its polarisation maintaining multiplexer/demultiplexer series.
OpsiTech has commercially released its polarisation maintaining (PM) multiplexer/demultiplexer series.
Based on arrayed waveguide technology (AWG), OpsiTech's PM multiplexer/demultiplexers are specifically designed for improving the optical performance and reducing the cost of WDM network ownership.
"OpsiTech's PM multiplexers perform high polarisation extinction ratio (better than 15dB), enabling polarisation multiplexing that provides an appealing solution to double the optical network capacity in a very competitive way", said Jerome Prieur, VP Sales and Business Development.
