The green, red and yellow OLS 330 LED series can provide 1.5cd or more at 20mA.

The OCL 400 series is a lambertian emitter that can provide 500mcd at 20mA.

The OLC 400 line can be used at increased currents of up to 30mA in green and blue or 50mA in yellow and red.

The degradation analysis showed an excellent long-time stability of the devices.

In battery-powered systems they provide forward currents of about 100uA to achieve clear readable interior displays.
