In addition, a single PA Plus marker can replace up to four single-character markers, greatly reducing the time needed for fitting.
Ideally suited for OEM applications involving repetitive production, PA Plus markers can be supplied with number sequences tailored to the user's exact requirements.
For example, number sequences can be repeated throughout the reel of 1,000 markers, and each number can be repeated on two adjacent markers, allowing convenient marking for both ends of a cable.
Alphanumeric and discontinuous sequences can also be provided, as can blank reels of markers for use with Partex M-Pen permanent marking pens.
Partex PA Plus sequentially numbered markers feature closed-gusset construction, and are available in sizes to suit cables from 0.2mm2 to 16mm2.
Legends may be up to four characters in length, and are produced with etching ink using a high-resolution ink-jet printing system which ensures optimum legibility combined with outstanding resistance to abrasion and solvent damage.
Manufactured from specially formulated soft, cadmium-free PVC, Partex PA Plus markers are offered, as standard, in white, yellow and grey, with legends printed in black.
The markers are dimensionally similar to Partex's popular PA series of straight-cut single-character markers and, for even greater marking versatility, markers from the two systems may be used alongside each other on the same cable end.
