Pacer International has strengthened its North American presence with a new office and staff to support its extensive US technical representative network.

Pacer International, leading supplier of optoelectronic, display and laser solutions, has strengthened its North American presence with a new office and staff to support its extensive US technical representative network The office in Blue Bell, Philadelphia will be the headquarters of the company's North American operation, Pacer USA

Pacer has appointed David House to head the US sales and support team.

House joins Pacer from PerkinElmer, where he was Western US Sales Leader for the Optoelectronic Industrial Sensors Division.

House commented: "US users of optoelectronic components, assemblies and systems as well as information displays, fibre optics, lasers and laser components will directly benefit from Pacer's investment in local support for customers".

"Working with our established network of specialist representatives it is our aim to set a high standard for quality support and innovative product and applications solutions".
