Noise suppressor improves high-speed
signal lines
Noise suppressor to find application in Serial ATA, USB2.0 and IEEE1394 connections.
Panasonic Electronic Devices has succeeded in commercialising the EZAEG series ESD suppressor suitable for suppressing ESD noise in a high-speed signal line As data lines of digital home-appliances or personal-computer peripherals have become faster year after year, measures against ESD noise in high-speed signal lines (GHz-band) including HDMI, USB2.0, IEEE1394 have been more important
Under these conditions, Panasonic Electronic Devices has developed the ESD suppressor which realises an excellent transmission quality with a very low capacitance, thereby contributing to suppressing ESD noise in a high-speed signal line as well as in the antenna circuits of mobile phones.
Potential areas of application include: Serial ATA, USB2.0, IEEE1394 etc.] and in the antenna circuits of mobile phones.
