The P404/G Series of pneumatic test probes features an all-new threaded construction with the probe screwed into the receptacle which contains the pneumatic and electrical connections.

The new P404/G Series of pneumatic test probes from Peak Test Services features a completely new threaded (screw-fit) construction with the probe screwed into the receptacle which contains the pneumatic and electrical connections The benefit of this approach compared with conventional pneumatic probes is the ease of replacement of the probe without the need to remove the air fittings and electrical wiring

A simple solder-tag clip is fitted onto the receptacle for the wire to be attached, which avoids wiring directly to the probe.

The new design should greatly speed maintenance of equipment using pneumatic probes as it allows rapid probe replacement in a fraction of the time required with conventional push-fit pneumatic probes.

A choice of three popular head styles is available to cover most applications.

The probe operates from a 6bar air supply, and has a working travel of 6mm and a full travel of 10mm.

Peak Test Services can also supply all the associated pneumatic valves, fittings, pipes and other accessories required.
