The new P706 from Peak Test Services is an ultra-fine-pitch test probe for testing components at centres down to 0.5mm The new probe is specifically designed for testing boards using BGA (ball grid array), MCM (multichip module) and other fine-pitch packages
The P706 has a gold-plated four-point crown measuring only 0.25mm in diameter, a working travel of 0.65mm and a spring force of 0.2N.
It is available exclusively in the UK from Peak Test Services, or from a network of agents worldwide.
