The PTS pneumatically tensions and cuts off cable ties in a fraction of a second and has a long life cycle, making it ideal for use in medium to high volume OEMs.
Weighing just 17oz, it is lightweight and includes a nonslip handle design, which fits the contour of the operators hand perfectly, to reduce user fatigue and increase overall productivity.
The narrow nose improves visibility and access to cable tie bundles in confined areas and the bevelled tie entry design speeds installation by allowing quick side entry of the cable tie into the tool.
The pneumatic pushbutton operation reduces cable tie installation time.
The PTS operates on 70 to 80lb/in2, nonlubricated air and installs sub-miniature to standard cross-section cable ties.
