Preloaded fibre drawers provide a ready-to-install system for managing fibre-optic terminations, connections and patching in 1U rack-mounted enclosures.
The Panduit Opticom FD1 range of preloaded fibre drawers provide a ready-to-install system for managing fibre-optic terminations, connections and patching in 1U rack-mounted enclosures.
The enclosures come preloaded with SC- or LC-style adapters for use with OM1 or OM2 multimode fibre and can terminate 12 to 48 fibres via field termination or fusion splicing.
Trunk cable entry is via PG-style glands, blown-fibre glands, 20mm knockouts or rubber grommets.
The fibre drawers use an innovative two-piece design for simple installation and feature a slide-out drawer for full access to all fibres.
