The range of products is growing all the time and currently includes PowerPC and DSP processors, various networking modules both copper and fibre, serial and parallel I/O, SCSI160 and Firewire interfaces.

Although not a revolutionary concept in itself, this is probably the first time a group of manufacturers have got together to sell PMC modules over the Internet.

The key benefit of Internet shopping is the removal of lengthy purchasing procedures for engineers wishing to evaluate PMC modules.

Transactions are quick and relatively simple with payment made online by credit card.

This is now the preferred method of purchase for smaller orders by many large companies wishing to keep their administrative cost to a minimum.

Currently prices are quoted in US Dollars but any acceptable credit card may be used as charges will be billed back in the purchaser's own currency.

Initially there are four manufacturers from three countries participating with another four ready to sign up.

New manufacturers are invited to submit their products for inclusion and participate in this exciting new venture.
