Practical Components has issued its new catalogue designed to help engineers quickly find the key products needed to qualify their technology, train and grow their business.

According to Practical President Kevin Laphen: "The 88-page free catalogue is organised by package type/category with each product accompanied by drawings, description, part number with special attention to lead-free availability and formulations".

Included in this year's catalogue are exciting new products such as: PoP package on package, Amkor Technology's breakthrough stacked daisychain package; the PC200 PoP drop test board and kit from Amkor Technology; the TAPP thin array plastic package from Amkor Technology; the CVBGA very thin ChipArray BGA from Amkor Technology; the DRMLF dual row MLF from Amkor Technology; flip chip submicron test die offerings from FlipChip International; the PC2006 AIM print test board and kit from AIM; the PC049 SMT/PTH mixed technology Pb-free kit from Indium Corp; listings of new international distributors; lead-free HASL PCB finish; and a handy kit and component identifier.

Supporting the catalogue is the updated website, with more than 950 pages of dummy components, test boards, training and setup kits, component drawings, engineering/design guide data, daisychain patterns, production tools, training aids, and a complete downloadable catalogue.
