The IPnexus CPC4411 and CPC4416 embedded Ethernet switches join the broadest and most comprehensive embedded Ethernet switch offering in the industry.
Performance Technologies' MPS800 communications server and radar receiver software allow critical radar data to be captured and converted to Ethernet; a more contemporary and scalable solution, which greatly simplifies the distribution of tactical information for assessment.
"The JCIDEX provides an excellent environment for joint training opportunities and systems evaluation.
For the evaluations to be successful, data must be sent and received in a timely manner", said Wendy Shutter, Program Manager at Digicomp.
"Performance Technologies' MPS servers and Radar software allowed us to meet those goals while providing the reliability and performance we needed".
Housed in a 1U form factor, the MPS800 provides both 10/100 Ethernet and high-speed WAN serial port connectivity.
The associated Radar Receiver Software is capable of handling most every common radar format, including CD-2, TPS-43, RAMP and nearly 15 others.
"Our MPS800 servers and protocol software have been extremely effective in radar configurations such as the Digicomp application", said Jean Pierre Filion, Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Performance Technologies.
"The selection of our products by such organisations is a testament to their reliability and capabilities.
We look forward to working with Digicomp and other companies in the defence and commercial industry in the future".
