Performance Technologies' CPC388 telecomms adapter serves as a high density, highly advanced connectivity subsystem within CompactPCI or PICMG 2.16-based applications.
It is ideally suited for applications such as SS7 network elements, wireless infrastructure equipment, media and signalling gateways, and telecomms switching and routing equipment.
When used with the company's advanced managed platform products, the CPC388 provides an octal T1/E1/J1 interface that can operate as a fully programmable communications subsystem.
The company's NexusWare development and operating software environment works in conjunction with the CPC388 and other packet-based products to help system engineers build next-generation wireless and IP telephony systems.
