Phyworks has enlisted the help of Pangaea (HK) to provide technical and sales support to its customers in China and Hong Kong.

Phyworks has enlisted the help of Pangaea (HK) to provide technical and sales support to its customers in China and Hong Kong.

Pangaea is a leading regional distributor specialising in a wide range of optical and semiconductor components that are complementary to Phyworks solutions.

Phyworks creates and sells mixed-signal semiconductors for LAN, SAN, WAN and FTTx communication applications.

Under the partnership agreement, Pangaea will support Phyworks products on an exclusive distribution basis in Hong Kong and mainland China.

Staffed by experienced sales and technical support staff, Pangaea's eight regional offices across China and Hong Kong will support customers in the region in designing with Phyworks leading edge solutions.

This includes Phyworks' new EDC technology, enabling 10Gbit/s performance over multimode fibre, as well as its established 1 and 4Gbit/s TIA and integrated laser-driver/limiting-amp solutions.
