The latest Technology Watch report from the Electronics Enabled Products Knowledge Transfer Network (EEP KTN) is set to help UK small business tackle supply chain management issues Based on author Simon Phillips's extensive experience of supply chain management within Celestica, and more recently Inova Management, the free report, available for download from the EEP KTN website, presents a straight forward, practical step-by-step approaching to restructuring supply chains

Based on marketing principles and written specifically with nonspecialists in mind, the report demonstrates how supply chains can be aligned with the demand chains they support by making improvements to cost and service.
