Pixelmetrix has released the first solution for automatic monitoring of DVB-T single frequency network synchronisation.

Pixelmetrix has released the first solution for automatic monitoring of DVB-T single frequency network synchronisation.

Using a unique approach whereby the impulse response of multiple transmitters locked are monitored, the Pixelmetrix DVStation is the first product that can automatically detect if any COFDM transmitter loses synchronisation.

Lose of sync may be due to frequency drift or by complete loss of time synchronisation with the other transmitters.

With this new feature, the Pixelmetrix COFDM monitoring solution is able to monitor any problem within SFN networks.

Implementation of the TR 101 290 specified MIP monitoring is one of its diverse features this solution has to offer.

With the impulse response mask feature the DVStation family of products is able to track and alarm any SFN synchronisation problem.

Among Pixelmetrix's first customers is Nozema of the Netherlands.

Nozema is using DVStation with this new feature in their operational monitoring system.
