Pika Technologies has released a European version of its Pika InLine MM PCI analogue-interface voice/fax/VoIP card.
The Appel Bridge EVO 4145 IVR system satisfies the requirements of small- to large-size enterprises and public utilities.
The IVR system can be integrated into an existing customer database.
Bridge EVO 4145 is connected either to a PBX or directly to the phone network by way of Pika analogue boards.
Pika analogue boards and Pika media processing software enable many of the voice service requirements of the IVR system, such as play, record and echo cancellation.
A key feature of Bridge EVO 4145 is a powerful graphical user interface for additional service development and modification of existing services.
"Many of Appel's telephony integration products are already powered by Pika analogue and ISDN boards, so we talked with them during our research phase for the new IVR", explained Giorgio Chenna, Sales Director, Appel Elettronica.
