Detector filters out IR wavelengths
New at Pro-Lite Technology is a novel homogeneous silicon detector/filter combination from California-based Centrovision.
New at Pro-Lite Technology is a novel homogeneous silicon detector/filter combination from California-based Centrovision.
Centrovision's proprietary patented process exhibits a very sharp cutoff at 700nm making this device suitable for applications where near-infra-red wavelengths require blocking.
In this process filter coating layers are directly deposited onto the detector chip during wafer processing thereby eliminating the need for separate external filters and enabling the use of low profile packages.
Both coating and package are extremely durable.
This unique chip is available in a variety of sizes and package options according to application.
