Three papers show off PCI Express

PLX Technology personnel will present papers on PCI Express technology at three forthcoming industry conferences.
PLX Technology will share its PCIe expertise at three prominent industry conferences this month: the Linley Tech Seminar and the PCI Special Interest Group (PCI-SIG) Developers Conference, both in San Jose, California; and the MicroTCA Summit, in Baltimore, Maryland "With the role of industry leader comes the opportunity to help decision-makers expand their understanding of important technologies, products and trends", said David Raun, PLX Vice President of Marketing and Business Development

At the Linley Tech Seminar, Jeff Dodson, Principal Architect at PLX, will present "Measuring performance in PCI Express systems", developed to help designers understand the metrics of PCIe performance in various applications.
Akber Kazmi, PLX Marketing Director, will deliver "Power efficiency of PCI Express-based systems" at the PCI-SIG Developers Conference, an in-depth discussion on how power-consumption factors affect the overall performance of PCIe-based designs.
The MicroTCA Summit will feature Ash Aziz, Applications Engineer at PLX, delivering "PCI Express: enabling performance and flexibility on the MicroTCA backplane", a presentation on how PCIe is delivering enhanced performance and scalability to a new generation of backplanes.
Since PLX entered the PCIe market in 2001, company representatives have presented at several industry conferences, covering topics ranging from PCIe technology forecasts to its wide-ranging applications to its deployment worldwide.
Additionally, PLX PCIe experts have authored dozens of articles for industry publications on PCIe and related interconnect-technology topics.
