Open-frame supply keeps a low profile
A new open frame power supply is said to have the lowest useable profile available on the market.
A new open frame power supply is said to have the lowest useable profile available on the market With a height of 1.02in, the PSS100 is designed to provide up to 100W in applications where space is at a premium
Measuring just 3 x 5 x 1.02in, this L-bracket design power supply requires no additional clearance underneath unlike board-mount supplies where the profile is increased as a result.
With efficiency levels ranging from 75 to 84%, the PSS100 is available with 3.3, 5, 12, 15, -15 or 24V outputs.
Input voltage ranges from 90 to 264V AC and overvoltage and short circuit protection are standard.
The PSS100 meets FCC class B and EN55022B conducted noise limits and safety approvals include UL1950 Class 1, EN60950, cUL, Semko and CE (LVD).
