Powerline has two new hot-swappable PC power supplies designed to ensure continuity of supply in mission-critical applications.

The R2A and R2U Series are designed to provide 300W of regulated DC output power from universal inputs of 90-264V AC at 47-63Hz.

Outputs include +/-5, +/-12, 3.3 and +5V standby.

Hold-up time is 16ms minimum at full load and 90V AC input voltage.

Overload, overvoltage and overcurrent protection are fitted as standard.

Other features include remote on/off control, alarm indication via LED, buzzer or TTL signal, balanced load sharing, and remote sensing.

The supplies are certified to UL1950, CSA22.2 No 950 and TUV/IEC950.

An EMI noise filter provides protection to FCC Class B and CISPR22 Class B, and harmonic distortion is to IEC1000-3-2 Class D.

Both 2U units differ only in their case size and mounting arrangements, allowing vertical and horizontal configurations to be achieved.

As well as standard AT/ATX compatible output cabling, the units can be supplied with custom cabling and connectors to meet specific application requirements.
