The UM3800 Series of dual-output DC/DC convertors offers up to 75W output from a standard 'half-brick' package.

The UM3800 Series, now available from Powerline, is a family of dual-output DC/DC convertors offering up to 75W output from a standard 'half-brick' package measuring only 61 x 57.9 x 12.7mm.

Featuring an input range of more than 2:1 (36-75V for a nominal 48V), the units have a 400kHz switching frequency and incorporate short-circuit protection and undervoltage lockout.

The two outputs are rated at 5 and 3.3V, and each has a maximum current rating of 15A.

Voltage accuracy is +/-2% maximum, and the outputs may be trimmed by up to +/-10% using an external resistor or potentiometer.

Remote on/off control is available as an option.
