The GPI Series 2000 all-in-one voltage matching and power conditioning system has been developed to meet three-phase application requirements in the semiconductor industry.

The Global Power Interface (GPI) Series 2000 all-in-one voltage matching and power conditioning system has been developed to meet three-phase application requirements in the semiconductor industry.

This latest addition to the Powervar range of power quality solutions enables customers with three-phase power applications to enjoy the same benefits that have long been available to single-phase users.

The new GPI Series 2000 delivers 97% efficiency and comprises 19 models rated from 10 to 300kVA.

Voltage matching and power conditioning are provided from a single unit, fully compliant with the Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International Environmental Health and Safety S2-0200 Guideline for Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment (SEMI S2-0200).

Units are offered in both 50 and 60Hz versions for worldwide operation and carry a five-year warranty.

This advanced system has an optimised low impedance isolation transformer with surge diverter and noise filter, and offers fixing flexibility for conduits/power feeds.

It has a small footprint for space-efficiency and the delta/star transformer design minimises installation costs.

All models have safety interlocks, emergency machine off (EMO) pushbutton, LED 'power-on' and TVSS circuit status displays and a lockout/tagout circuit breaker.

Casters are fitted to the units for easy handling and portability.

The GPI Series 2000 is safety agency listed and has an extensive range of options and accessories including: external EMO connector, harmonic mitigation circuit, input line cord, distribution panels, output receptacles, power metering and an enhanced power management package that includes phase-loss and low-voltage detection and protection.

Seismic kits are also available.
