UPS boasts high-reliability high-efficiency design

PowerSupplyShop can now supply the Protect 1 true online UPS product range from AEG Power Systems.

Following its appointment as UK distributor for UPS products from AEG Power Systems, PowerSupplyShop can now supply the Protect 1 true online UPS product range.

The Protect 1 series is a double conversion UPS with a low noise, true sinewave output with digital signal control and N+X technology for parallel redundancy operation or increased power levels.

The modern, space saving design offers output power ranges of 10, 15 and 20kVA with autonomy times up to 360 minutes and is a high-reliability high-efficiency design employing digital signal control, CANbus communication and state-of-the-art IGBT technology.

Protect 1 UPS employ voltage frequency independent technology according to IEC62040-3.

The battery systems used have up to three years' service life according to Eurobat.

All Protect 1 UPS systems includes an onboard static bypass switch and RS232 communications port, with SNMP and AS400 protocols being available as options.
