Complete with inbuilt ESD protection and fitted with NIST/NPL traceable reference airline impedance standard, the RITS510 ensures impedance test results are delivered with unparalleled levels of Gage R and R (results that are very accurate and reproducible).

Capable of single-ended, differential, odd, even and common-mode measurement, including a standard test for trace imbalance, the RITS510 is perfect for mid-sized PCB shops who are either faced with an increasing quantity of impedance test or with tight tolerance tests.

The RITS510 incorporates two quick-change impedance test heads and optionally supports a large range of impedance test footprints, covering the wide variety of coupon styles in use throughout the industry.
