New from Photonic Products is the DL-LS1032, Sanyo's latest red laser diode, which provides 10mW of optical power in the 635nm wavelength band.
New from Photonic Products is the DL-LS1032, Sanyo's latest red laser diode, which provides 10mW of optical power in the 635nm wavelength band Supplied in a 5.6mm package, the DL-LS1032 has a low threshold current of 40mA, typical operating current of 60mA, operating voltage of 2.3V, monitor output current of 0.15mA, differential efficiency of 0.5mW/mA and astigmatism of 8mm
The DL-LS1032 requires a positive (N-type) power supply system and has an operating temperature of -10 to +50C.
