Red laser diode pumps out 5mW

The Sanyo DL-LS1030 laser diode has a low threshold current of 25mA, typical operating current of 30mA, operating voltage of 2.2V, monitor output current of 0.12mA, differential efficiency of 0.6mW/mA and astigmatism of 8mm.
