Available now from Photonic Products, the HL6515MG is the latest high-power visible laser diode for DVD-RAM applications from Hitachi The HL6515MG is a 655nm AlGaInP laser diode with a multi-quantum-well (MQW) structure
It is suitable as a light source for large-capacity optical disc memories, such as DVD-RAM, and various other types of optical equipment.
It has a high output power of 60mW and a maximum operating temperature of 70C, in a small 5.6mm package.
