Diodes are ideal excitation sources

Three new Sanyo laser diodes offer single longitudinal and fundamental transverse mode performance with CW powers of 100 and 150mW at a lasing wavelength of 808nm.

Three new Sanyo laser diodes offer single longitudinal and fundamental transverse mode performance with CW powers of 100 and 150mW at a lasing wavelength of 808nm The wavelength, single mode and fundamental transverse performance of these diodes make them ideal excitation sources for solid-state YAG lasers, to generate 532nm "green" laser outputs

Other applications include free space communications, therapeutic medical equipment and scientific equipment.

The DL-LS2032 (100mW), is supplied in a 5.6mm package and has a low threshold current of 40mA, low operating current of 125mA and low operating voltage of 2V.

The DL-LS2031 (150mW), is supplied in a 9mm package, and has a low threshold current of 50mA, operating current of 180mA and low operating voltage of 2V.

The DL-LS2052 provides 150mW in a small 5.6mm package, which makes it a unique product at this wavelength, with low threshold and operating currents and low operating voltage.

The operating temperature of all three devices ranges from -10 to +50C.

They have positive (N type) pin connections and can be supplied in three wavelength tolerance bands of +/-3, +/-5 and +/-10nm. Request a free brochure from Photonic Products ...
