Hot pricing for cool-running blue lasers

A new range of low-cost thermoelectrically cooled laser diode modules offer exceptional wavelength and power stability, greatly increased pointing accuracy and significantly extended laser diode life.

A new range of lower-cost thermoelectrically cooled (TEC) laser diode modules offer exceptional wavelength and power stability (better than 1%), greatly increased pointing accuracy and significantly extended laser diode lifetime The new TEC laser diode modules in the blue region of the spectrum produce elliptical output beams and output powers of 50mW at 405nm, 15mW at 440nm and 4mW at 473nm

TEC modules can also be custom manufactured with virtually any laser diode in a 9 or 5.6mm package at nonstandard wavelengths or powers.

Prices have been lowered significantly across the complete range of laser diode modules.

Designed for applications demanding consistency and repeatability such as industrial inspection, high-resolution printing, reprographics, biomedical instrumentation, spectroscopy, microscopy and genomics, the TEC modules are compact, versatile and highly cost effective.

The modules incorporate microprocessor based temperature control and laser driver electronics, thermoelectric cooler, heatsink and fan that enable the laser diode temperature to be controlled to a set point temperature between +18 and +25C (user adjustable), and with a stability of +/-0.05C.

All TEC laser diode modules in the range offer low and high temperature automatic shutoff protection, analogue and digital modulation capability and safety interlock, as standard. Request a free brochure from Photonic Products ...
