Available for 19" rack, wall mountable or standalone applications, the EMBS is fully 'plug and play' and can be easily installed by the user allowing normal mains supply to be restored in an emergency by bypassing the whole UPS system.
The manual bypass system has a simple "make before break" rotary switch that reconnects the load in an emergency or for maintenance or upgrade.
For those companies requiring an automatic option, Power Control offers an Automatic EMBS that will automatically revert back to mains in the event of UPS failure.
This system also includes "make before break" switching to ensure a no-break transfer, an intelligent sensor to guard against the load being dropped through mis-operation and an LED display on the front panel to show the status of the unit.
The EMBS supplied by Power Control conform to all relevant electrical safety standards and comply to BS Regulations.
