Supporting a UDMA interface, often seen in professional class cameras, and consuming minimum power, the 300x CF cards are is available in 1 to 16Gbyte capacities.

With its ever improving photo quality marching towards 10Mpixel, requirements on storage media have also been raised a couple of notches.
The PQI 300x CF uses SLC production NAND Flash characteristics for superior performance during normal, rapid continuous photo shots and instant video recordings.
At 16Gbyte, PQI's 300X CF card can store up to 1200 raw or 4000 JPEG image files.
