Thick-film printer is good enough for
solar cells
Thick-film printing to exceptional standards is taken a significant stage further with the DEK-J 2000 from PESL for ceramic and steel-based substrates up to 305 x 305mm.
Thick-film printing to exceptional standards is taken a significant stage further with the DEK-J 2000 from PESL for ceramic and steel-based substrates up to 305 x 305mm It is also ideal for high quality PCB work and specialised printing such as solar cells, where it offers print registration better than 20 microns

Printer takes on next-generation substrates
The DEK-J2002 is a "next-generation" thick-film printing development now offered by PESL.
Rigid chassis construction and precision substrate location on the DEK-J 2000 is complemented with micropositioning stepper motors and direct transducer pressure control of the trailing edge (or diamond section) squeegee.
In stand-alone guise the DEK-J 2000 features onboard processor control with menu driven functions for operator input, this is supplemented by an RS232 comms port for external interface with line control systems or with automatic loaders/unloaders, vision systems etc for system integration.
Onboard program protection is assured with parameters for the 150 menu locations stored in nonvolatile EEPROM, so that even if power is lost, application information is retained.
