Stepper motors provide accurate positional settings, in very small increments.
All movements such as screen gap, screen setting (x-y-z), print pressure, as well as printing speed, and flood bar speed, are fully motorised, and no movement or machine adjustment is carried out manually.
DEK-J2002 offers a maximum print area of 305 x 305mm and a cycle speed of 8s with accuracy of better than +/-20 micron.
Options now include various sizes of screen frame adapter, through-hole print, CCD manual vision and custom work holders.
