Polatis has made a major expansion of product range as previewed at the recent OFC/NFOEC conference in Anaheim, California.
Polatis has developed a highly reliable, compact and ultra-high-performance micro-actuation and sensing system (MASS).
The MASS technology uses tried and tested subcomponents, such as piezoelectric actuators and optical collimators, to produce direct beam steering (DBS) optical switches.
