Practically every leading electronics company will be represented at Electronica, many showing new products and applications.
Within the electronics industry, these include: Electronica, Productronica and Laser.
Held every two years, these events attract thousands of exhibitors across the components, test and measurement, production equipment and electro-optics sectors.
Outside of Germany, however, Munich Trade Fairs has developed a series of similar events in Shanghai, Hong Kong, Delhi and Sao Paolo.
The importance of exhibiting at these events, all in fast growing areas of the World, has been recognised by Trade Partners UK - part of British Trade International, the Government body with lead responsibility for helping UK companies secure overseas sales and investments.
As a result, eligible companies exhibiting at any of these shows qualify for substantial support towards the costs of stand space and stand construction.
The trade fairs in question are: ElectronicAmericas in Sao Paolo from 6th to 10th October 2003; ElectronicAsia in Hong Kong from 13th to 16th October 2003; Componex/ElectronicsIndia in Delhi during February 2004; and ElectronicChina in Shanghai from 16th to 19th March 2004.
These are in addition to: Laser in Munich from 23rd to 26th June 2003; and Productronica in Munich from 11th to 14th November 2003.
