Industrial supply saves space on the DIN
rail
DIN-rail-mounting power supply replaces control transformers commonly used for low-power control voltages where a neutral wire is not available.
The latest space-saving DIN-rail-mounting power supply from Puls UK is designed for phase-to-phase operation at 380-480V AC with no neutral Taking power between two phases reduces terminal space and costs associated with wiring, fuses and installation time

DIN-rail supplies have voltage drops covered
The latest addition to the Dimension range of DIN-rail power supplies from Puls offers an answer to the age-old problem of the voltage drop inherent in longer cables.
Miniature supplies on the DIN rail
The ML15 range of DIN-rail power supplies offers a choice of 5, 12 and 24V DC single outputs in a tiny 22.5 x 75 x 91mm housing.
Part of the highly successful MiniLine series, the Puls ML100.200 provides a 24V DC output at 100W with a hold up time of 48-85ms.
This high reliability power supply has an MTBF of 650kh making it an ideal solution for remote locations or critical systems and offers users a very low cost of ownership.
Weighing only 360g the Puls ML 100.200 offers a weight saving over the 50/60Hz control transformers, which are commonly used for low-power control voltages where a neutral wire is not available.
Internal fusing, high immunity to transients and power surges as well as low electromagnetic emission makes this DIN-rail power supply suitable for a wide range of applications and operating environments.
Puls MiniLine power supplies are ultracompact, measuring just 73 x 75 x 103mm and thanks to easy to use spring-clamp terminals, can be installed in seconds with no special tools.
The spring-clamp terminals also facilitate mounting in installations with restricted access.
Harry Moore, Managing Director of Puls UK comments: "The MiniLine series was designed from scratch to offer a compact, highly-reliable, cost effective DIN-rail power supply".
"We have reduced the number of critical components, such as electrolytic capacitors and only use the highest quality materials and components in production".
In common with all Puls products the MiniLine series has worldwide safety approvals, including UL, EN, CSA and CB Scheme for industrial, home and office installation.
Models also have approval to Hazardous Location Class I Div 2 (UL1604).
Output voltage is user adjustable between 24 and 28V DC, the Puls Overload Design output protection maintains a high output overload capability and selectable single/parallel operation is offered via a simple jumper for current share or N+1 installations.
Full output power is available over a wide operating temperature range of -10 to +70C ensuring continued reliability in extreme environments and a three year warranty completes this "peace of mind" package.
