The TrakPod is a module designed for software developers, system integrators and fleet managers who require a rugged in-vehicle hardware platform to run telematics applications Based on Intel's new PXA272 processor operating at speeds up to 620MHz and running the Windows CE operating system, TrakPod provides a versatile, economical and configurable platform for vans, trucks and automotive fleets
The TrakPod is available as either a generic platform with Windows CE operating system only or with additional field proven Telematics applications and APIs.
Application software development is supported using the supplied Windows CE software development kit (SDK) and the Microsoft embedded range of development tools.
