The FXP6000-32 AC/DC front-end power supply accepts common input voltages from 200 to 480V AC and provides 32V DC output at 175A from a rear-mounted, hot-plug floating connector.

Designed for distributed power architectures and use in industrial applications such as laser and broadcast equipment, the FXP6000-32 AC/DC front-end power supply accepts common input voltages from 200 to 480V AC and provides 32V DC output at 175A from a rear-mounted, hot-plug floating connector.

Providing a power density in excess of 10W/in3 from a 127 x 203 x 409mm package, up to 30 of these supplies can be connected in parallel to provide up to 168kW.

In addition to being scalable and providing full isolation from three-phase AC input, the FXP6000 has an array of key features which include: being suitable for 3 or 5U mounting, LED supply status indicators, single-wire or droop current sharing, remote voltage adjustment and monitoring, and protection against input transients, overload, overvoltage, and overtemperature.

Safety agency approvals include UL60950, CSA 22.2 No 60950-00 and EN60950 (TUV).

Single-piece pricing for the FXP6000-32 is $3181.

Evaluation units are usually available in stock to two weeks.

Production quantities are typically available in four to 12 weeks.

Mounting shelves are also available.

The FRV7000 shelf mounts three FXP6000-32s in a 5U 19" shelf, and the FRH7000 shelf mounts two FXP6000-32s in a 3U 19in shelf.

Both provide all internal connections, combined logic functions, and one output.

A fully configured FRV7000 will provide 525A/16.8kW of power and a fully configured FRH7000 will provide 350A/11.2kW of power.
