3.3V-output 20A sixteenth-brick isolated DC/DC convertor is intended for communications, data server/storage and workstation applications.

Available now from Power-One, the SSQE48T20033 is a competitively priced 3.3V-output 20A sixteenth-brick isolated DC/DC convertor that boosts power density up to 56W/in2 with efficiency well above 90% in communications, data server/storage and workstation applications.

Additional performance features include an ultralow profile of 9.5mm, full telecomms input voltage range of 36-75V with the capability to withstand a 100V input transient for 100ms, onboard input differential LC-filtering, startup into prebiased loads, and +10/-20% output trim.

Interface capabilities include remote sense and remote on/off with a positive or negative logic option.

Protection features include overtemperature, output overvoltage and overcurrent, and input undervoltage.

The SSQE48T20033 has a DOSA-compliant footprint and trim equations.

Models are available with six-substance and lead-solder-exempted RoHS compliances.

All materials meet UL94V0 flammability ratings.

UL60950-1/CSA60950-1 and IEC/EN60950-1 certifications are pending approval.

This product is designed to meet FCC and EN55022 Class B conducted emissions when used with an external filter.

Pricing is US $25 each in quantities of 1000.
