Premo Group was born in 1962 as Premo Inductive Components.

Its global commercial management was unified on 1st April 2005, and today the group is in a consolidation process, aiming to become a holding company that will allow better access to capital markets in order to finance its expansion.

Prefilter, now renamed Premo EMC, is located in Hospitallet de Llobregat (Barcelona), was founded in 1991, and its main activity is the design and manufacture of EMI filters.

The company's R and D department comprises a highly qualified team with 25 years experience designing these types of products as well as giving support in the field to solve noise problems in different customer equipments.

All these activities are supported by the latest instrumentation.

Premo EMC has a presence in Europe, Asia and America and has a turnover of around Eur 4 million per year.

The company is on the up: indeed, Premo EMC was the only European exhibitor at the World Elevator and Escalator Expo 2006 in Beijing, China.
