Filters protect motors and cables
The DU11 filter range guarantees dV/dT values lower than 1100V/us, while the DU15 range guarantees dV/dT values lower than 1500V /us.
Premo Group has released filters for cables between 20 and 50m long, with dV/dT values generated by the exit IGBT of 5kV/us or high, levels that can damage the winding motor and lead to high leakage currents It is suitable for use in facilities where a motor breakdown is particularly devastating, for example when it is difficult to access the motor or production processes cannot be stopped.
The DU11 filter range guarantees dV/dT values lower than 1100V/us, while the DU15 range guarantees dV/dT values lower than 1500V/us.
The range handles 400V AC in three-phase and between 2.1 and 2300A.
